Refunds
For a month-to-month subscription plan, there is no refund/cancellation available for the first episode ordered. Cancellation of all future episodes (second episode or beyond) is honored as long as the form of payment hasn’t been charged for the current episode due. If you do cancel after payment has been transacted, you will still receive and be charged for that episode. However, you will not receive any future monthly episodes or charges unless you sign up again.
For a season pass subscription plan, no refunds are given for the initial five episode season purchase. However, as long as you cancel within 30 days of the new season, you will not receive any future seasons or charges unless you sign up again.
For merchandise, no refunds are given once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can cancel your subscription by visiting your Manage My Subscriptions account on our website.
Approved refunds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Processing will be determined by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
