Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Killer Mystery. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policies.

Domestic Shipping 

We utilize both UPS and USPS for domestic shipping of games and merchandise. 

We ship to street, P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Merchandise ships approximately within 7-10 business days from the initial order. Subscription episodes (games) typically process and ship within 3-5 business days from the initial order. Subsequent/future episodes will ship out approximately every 30 days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


International Shipping 

We utilize both DHL and USPS for international shipping of games only.

At this time, we do not ship merchandise internationally. Please visit their sites to get an estimate of shipping rates and times based on your location. 




Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Rates are based on location and weight of your order. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. We are not responsible for delivery delays that may occur due to carrier, inclement weather or incorrect addresses. We reserve the right to utilize alternative carriers if necessary. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Killer Mystery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).



Killer Mystery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
